Welcome to Casa Lucia, strategically located just a ten-minute walk from the historic centre and the hospital-university complex. Nearby amenities include a café-patisserie, pharmacy, ice cream parlour, bakery, post office, supermarket and bus stop.

It is a family flat from the 1970s, completely renovated in 2024 to offer maximum comfort, equipped with free parking. We manage it personally to make you feel at home, thanks to our attention to every detail. Located on the second floor, it consists of two bedrooms, one with a small study area, a bathroom, a living room with Smart TV and a kitchenette equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking.

In addition, there is air conditioning throughout the house, automatic shutters and a balcony.

An ideal base for couples and families visiting the city or for workers on business trips.

Dogs are welcome.

Providing a bowl, cushion, and gift for your dog is a nice touch that not everyone offers. The building is conveniently located near the center with a large public parking lot available.
